In our experience, this essence noticeably softens and preps skin for the next layers, and its light, pleasant, watery texture elevates the whole routine — it's one of our favorites. That said, we see it as an "optional" step in a routine, and anyone looking for a direct active effect will find it more of a luxury.
After cleansing, pour a few drops into your palm and gently press over face and neck until absorbed. Use before serum and moisturizer, morning and night. Can also be applied with a cotton pad.
