We've tested this one, and the hype is earned: it dissolves makeup gently and leaves skin soft, not tight. For a truly complete cleanse, we'd follow it with a water-based cleanser (step two). Its strong herbal scent is a matter of taste, and sensitive eyes should be cautious.
Massage onto dry skin at night to dissolve makeup, add a little water to emulsify, then rinse with lukewarm water.
